Chris Addison
Star of BBC2's multi award winning The Thick of It, writer and star of his own sitcom Lab Rats (also BBC2) and winner of a Sony Radio Academy award in 2006 for his radio show The Ape That Got Lucky (BBC R4), Chris is at the pointy end of Britain's new generation of comedy broadcasters. As a standup Chris is regarded as one of the most versatile on the circuit with his pacy, energetic routines and faultless delivery. He has charmed both audiences and critics alike with his particularly polite brand of observational comedy. Both his 2004 and 2005 solo Edinburgh shows sold out and were nominated for the prestigious Perrier Award.

Have I Got News For You (BBC1)
The Department (BBC Radio4)
Best Compere, Chortle Awards 2003
Co-wrote Harry Hill's TV Burp and the final series of TFI Friday

"The best standup I've seen" (The Observer)
"I laughed my ass off like a baboon" (Sunday Herald)
"his scathing wit deserves comic-laureate status" (Sunday Times)

Kerry Godliman
A successful theatre, TV and film actress (amongst many other things, she played Martin Freeman's girlfriend in Ch4 drama Men Only) before she decided to try comedy, Kerry has made the transition to standup and then on to sketch shows and sitcoms seamlessly. One of our favourite acts, we always look forward to welcoming her back to Colliers Wood.

Spoons (Ch4)
Extras (BBC1)
Hibbert & Long - new sitcom from the writers of Peep Show
Rush Hour (BBC3)
The Quatermass Experiment (BBC3)
Law of The Playground (Ch4)
My Hero (BBC1)

Maff Brown
Former professional footballer and member of Gerard Houllier's backroom staff at Liverpool FC, Maff might have been lost to comedy forever if not for an unfortunately mangled ankle. Now he's one of the most popular MCs on the circuit and runs his own very successful club down the road in Kingston.

Luke Roberts
We saw Luke at The Edinburgh Festival last year in The Gently Progressive Behemoth, a critically lauded sketch show written and performed with Nadia Kamil. Packed with clever wordplay and charmingly mad, it was the only 2007 show we've made the effort to see twice (partly because we missed stuff the first time round, so densely packed is the material). He's precociously talented and quite different to anyone else around at the moment.

Spats (BBC7)
28 Acts In 28 Minutes (Radio 4)

[reviews for The Gently Progressive Behemoth]
"intelligent and searingly satirical" (broadwaybaby.com)
"It's my favourite thing I've seen this year. Stumbling across it in the midst of a thousand more heralded lesser things it just felt brilliant" (Daniel Kitson)
